Question: Do copyright issues/rules/restrictions apply to videos that are not monetized? CAZ

Yes, it still applies. Just because you’re not earning money on someone else’s content doesn’t mean you have permission to use it.

some uploader who are not the author, or the artist or not from any labeled studio claim the free contain on other videos.
what should i do to prevent it ?
i am uploading a buddha sutra/mantra that not belong to anyone because it has no artist who sing it, no labeled studio published it.
i even create the video myself with a free downloaded images and uploaded it from video app.
