How To Fix “Associated Website” Annotations for Channels connected to a Google+ Page

Ever since I connected my Google+ Page to my YouTube account, I’ve enjoyed a lot of the new features that come along with that. However, the downside is that it also broke the link with my my YouTube channel’s “Associated Website,” meaning that annotations to my external website no longer worked.
