According to YouTube Analytics, most people subscribe to a YouTube channel on the home page of the channel itself, so it’s important that we optimize that page to convert new viewers into subscribers. There’s several things on that page we can design in a way to answer the questions a potential subscriber is considering before they click that subscriber and make them more likely to click it.
If you want to get more subscribers, it’s important to setup your channel in a way that does that so your bounce rate is low. In this episode I’ll walk you through what you should do with your channel’s header image, channel trailer, and playlists to best communicate your channel’s value to someone in your target audience so they feel compelled to subscribe and join your community.
