Since the YouTube comments integrated with Google+, we’ve had more options than ever before with how we make comments, who we share those comments with, and who actually sees them on a video’s watch page. “Top Comments” is one new feature where Google attempt to show you the comments you’d be most interested in, based on a number of different factors.
