Last week YouTube announced 13 new features that help us interact and engage with our audience better, including their crowd funding “tip jar” feature, a new mobile app for creators, crowd sourced captioning, and more. Not all of the new features are immediately available, but some of the bigger ones are, like comment filters and their new messaging system. I know many of these new YouTube updates are welcomed as we continue to use the platform to engage our audiences and interact with those who subscribe to our YouTube channels.
