Last year Maker Studios bought Blip.tv. Most people in the industry assumed they were creating a platform where they can control the advertising rates and the audience without having to depend on YouTube. Well, now Maker.tv has launched and Maker Studios says it’s trying to do something different with the site instead of moving their creators off of YouTube. What do you think?
