At SXSW this weekend YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley, announced with Kevin Rose that the two of them are close to launching a new video site that focuses on collaboration between video creators. They said it’s not a YouTube competitor for now, but the two of them are certainly not new to the online video and tech world.

And if you like Spotify, it may be soon getting some competition from YouTube as they plan a new music streaming subscription service.
